You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last good.
Customized products in production are excluded from the right of withdrawal. This is governed by Section 312g, Paragraph 2, Sentence 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB). Customized products are marked on the respective product page.
If the product has already been shipped, you, the buyer, bear the cost of returning the goods to our address in Germany. If the product has not yet been shipped, we will immediately refund all costs to you.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (R&K Commerce UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Senefelderstraße 74B, 70176, Stuttgart, Germany - support@stanbarry.net) with a clear declaration (e.g., by mail) of your decision to revoke this contract. You may use the attached withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you revoke this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than five days from the day we were informed of your decision to revoke this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you incur fees for this refund. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately, and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods:
We reserve the right to charge fees of up to 20% of the purchase price for refused items. These fees cover administrative costs, reconditioning fees, and restocking costs for the return.

If you finance this contract through a loan and later revoke it, you are no longer bound by the loan agreement if both contracts form an economic unit. This must be assumed, in particular, if we are also your lender or if your lender makes use of our cooperation regarding the financing. If we have already received the loan when the revocation takes effect, your lender will assume our rights and obligations under the financed contract with regard to the legal consequences of revocation or return. This does not apply if the object of this contract is the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g., shares, currencies, or derivatives).
If you want to avoid being contractually bound as much as possible, make use of your right of withdrawal and also cancel the loan agreement if you also have a right of withdrawal for it.
